And it would seem Kelly Osbourne had inherited Ozzy's love of all things scary as she headed out to a Halloween party at Bootsy Bellows nightclub in West Hollywood on Thursday night.

Embracing fright night in all its glory, the 28-year-old TV star looked positively terrifying as she channelled 1976 horror movie legend, Carrie, in a gory blood-stained dress.

Kokomaster Dbanj was supposed to storm and take over Zimbabwe last weekend at the Lion Lager Summer Beer Festival dubbed the "Battle of Africa" but according to reports from Zimbabwe, our man delivered a very lukewarm performance that eventually had him booed off stage.

According to AllAfrica, the festival featured Ugandan reggae musician Bebe Cool and local dancehall artistes Winky D, Guspy Warrior and King Shaddy.

D'Banj represented West Africa while Bebe Cool represented East Africa.

Singer and architect Adokiye Kyrian was recently made a youth ambassador in Imo State. The 'Back Up' crooner is also the project co-ordinator of 'The Youth Decides". Adokiye and her team flew government private jet during their visit to the Imo state government.

Photos: 25 Students, 2 Teachers Inhale Toxic Chemical In Ogba Grammar School! Rushed To Hospital

 

Twenty-five students and two teachers of Ogba Junior Grammar School in Ogba, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, were yesterday evening rushed to a hospital after they inhaled emission from a toxic chemical.

It was gathered that the unconscious students and teachers were immediately rushed to Blue Cross Hospital, located opposite the shopping mall for urgent medical attention.

A medical doctor at the hospital declined to comment on the condition of the students and teachers. Two of the affected female students whose condition was critical were transferred in a Lagos State Emergency Ambulance marked LA 156 A08 to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH, in Ikeja.

Marvin Gaye’s Family Sues EMI for ‘Blurred Lines’ Profits, Gaye Catalog Rights and Conflict of Interests with Robin Thicke

Marvin Gaye’s family is responding in a major way to Robin Thicke’s lawsuit claiming that “Blurred Lines” wasn’t stolen from Gaye’s “Got to Give It Up.”

On Wednesday, the family went nuclear with counterclaims that allege that Thicke stole the summer mega-hit and also committed copyright infringement on Gaye’s “After the Dance” to create his song, “Love After War.” What’s more, the new legal papers obtained by The Hollywood Reporter suggest that Thicke’s  “Marvin Gaye fixation” extends further to more songs in the Thicke repertoire.

Perhaps even more consequential, Gaye’s family also has set its sights on EMI April, the song publisher now owned by Sony/ATV that has business relationships with both sides. According to the counterclaims, EMI has breached a contract and its fiduciary duty by failing to protect Gaye’s songs, attempting to intimidate the family against filing any legal action, failing to remain neutral when faced with a conflict of interest and attempting to turn public opinion against the family. The penalty for those acts, says the Gaye family, should be that EMI loses all profits on “Blurred Lines” as well as rights to administer the song catalog of Gaye, known as the “Prince of Soul.”

Jonathan, Amaechi Share Chopper on Their Way to Patience Mum's Burial

 

Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers state was at the Port Harcourt International Airport to welcome President Goodluck Jonathan and later flew in the same chopper to Okrika town for the burial of the adopted mother of Mrs. Patience Jonathan.

They were joined on the trip by Bayelsa State governor, Seriake Dickson.

This fuelled excitement within the political circles, with speculations that President Jonathan and Ameachi, both politically estranged duo will use the joint flight to have a heart to heart talk.

A man and woman have been arrested after police discovered they drugged a four-year-old child and photographed her being raped, it emerged today.

Jacob L. Singleton, 33, and Cecilia D. Lower, 30, from Ohio, were arrested on October 23 by Barberton police in connection with the July incidents.

It is believed Singleton stole a prescription antidepressant and sleeping aid from a family member and gave it to Lower to administer to the child.
