Kim Kardashian flashes a golden grimace on the cover of high-fashion magazine CR Fashion Book

 

Kim Kardashian has covered the third edition of CR Fashion Book, which is themed around the idea of hope.

The new mother, 32, wears a grill in the image, which was shot by Karl Lagerfeld in May, before she welcomed baby daughter North in June.
