Aftermath-effect of Advertisement.

Why most businesses die in Nigeria after 5years of birth, is because of deficit knowledge about advertisement, most Small Medium Enterprise (SME) thinks that advertising on a website or blog will bring an authomatic sales or even cash into there bank account, but that is a lie, advertisement is to create impression or awareness of your products/services to large amount of audience, and the more your products/services is been shown or displayed to them or attracts their undying attention, it will have an aftermath-effect which is sales.

Secondly, some large scale businesses felt their products/services is well-known and now a household name, therefore they don't need anymore advert, even if they want to, it will be on a very big platform, but that is another lie, Nokia dominated the mobile industry for more than a decade, they were a household name, famous, and connecting people, so many people has lost count, of the number of Nokia phones they have used all their lives, but funny enough, the giant of mobile phones has lost that glory, as they sold their product to microsoft yesterday, sequel to the fact that they cannot stand the challenges from Samsung and Iphone, that is the power of advertisement, as long as your products/services are being seen virtually everyday by viewers, there is this possibility that, this viewer will surely buy this product to proof if what your advert is saying is true, before the end of 365days, now imagine if viewed by 5,000 viewers a day, then there is this possibility that 5,000 viewers will buy your products before the end of 365 days.

Thirdly, advertisers, 'especially SMEs' don't expect to have immediate sales from a website or blog for your advert in a month, but what is guaranteed in a month is an undying impression from unique and targeted viewers, and its aftermath-effect which is sales. Do you know how much money, Samsung spends to be on Chelsea and other major football clubs jersey while they play, these are one of the things Nokia were not doing, Samsung is not doing it expecting the football fan to come and buy their products after each football match, so invest in advertisement for impression on your products and services, and the aftermath effect will follow next, the life of every business is advertisement, invest in it.

Finally, having a facebook fan page or advertising oin facebook or Google Adwords for your products/services is not a guarantee for sales of your product or even impression, your products/services need to be on a stand-alone advert banner on a blog, in the next 5 years to come, blog advertising will be the best ways to reach people.
