They say the 40-year-old herbalist lured the young girl into an unknown location near Akatsi and had sex with her.
Investigations are currently ongoing while the suspect is still in custody helping with the process.
XYZ News’ correspondent in the Volta region, Emmanuel Atukpa who spoke to the father of the victim said the victim’s family is very worried.
The police told Emmanuel Atukpa that the suspect could be arraigned before court very soon.
