Miley Cyrus is not a force to be reckoned with.The latest issue of In Touch magazine addresses the pop star's alleged recent wild behaviour on its cover by writing, 'Miley Finally Admits: I Need Help.'

But the We Can't Stop singer simply laughed off the claim by making the front of the publication her new profile picture on the social media site Twitter over the weekend.
