And Lena Dunham made sure that her body art was shown to its best advantage as she stepped out in a strapless dress.

The filmmaker and actress, 27, went for a lime green frock which showed off her distinctive back and arm tattoos as she arrived at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood on Thursday.
