And Coco Austin appears game to try anything to keep her famous asset in tip-top condition.
The 34-year-old former Playboy model endured a 'butt facial' on Bethenny Frankel's eponymous new talk show after tweeting a racy snap of her curvaceous behind.
During the interview, set to air Wednesday, the wife of rapper Ice T admitted she used to try hide her body when she was younger.
'I used to hate my curves. I used to cover my hips all the time when I was a little girl. That's why I got boobs to balance it out and also so people would like up here instead of down there,' said Coco.
The reality-star-turned-talk-show-host also marveled at Coco's enviable asset.
'Every time I look at you, I understand why people are fascinated by you because your curves are so fascinating. You don't have to be a man, just a woman aren't you fascinated? It's like a fantasy. It's great, we all want to be you,' Bethenny said.
'I don't see myself that way though,' said Coco. 'I feel sensual but I don't see myself as you see me.'
Coco and Bethenny are then seen getting 'butt facials' on the show in an effort to tighten and smooth their behinds.
'It's not going to hurt?' asked 41-year-old Bethenny.
'You are going to feel a little tingle but it's not painful,' said the facialist, describing how the micro current machine sends a signal from the brain to the muscle telling it to lift.
'I feel like a tingle, it's like mild electrocution. Yes, do a little to the left. It's a vibrating feeling, go north,' instructed Bethenny.
Have you ever seen a better bottom than that?' Bethenny then said of Coco's behind.
'I haven't… I've never seen anyone come in with a body like this that needs this treatment,' said the facialist.
'Oh please, I have the same problems as any girl. I have the dimples on the thighs, it's there,' said Coco.
'You have cellulite?' Bethenny asked.
'Yes girl,' replied Coco.
Meanwhile, the blonde bombshell is seen wearing a barely-there bathing suit in a recent suggestive tweet.
