In 2011, it was prince Williams who got married to a british, in the UK, now our own blue-blood of the popularly known Oniru Kingdom, Oba Oniru releases one of his princes to royalise a woman into his royalty as a princess, but unfortunate to all the femail Oniru and eleguishi beach goers, it wasnt a Nigerian woman that was selected.

A 27-year-old Kirsty Crooks, from Loughgall, became a royal after marrying Nigerian Prince Mustapha Oniru.

The small village welcomed royal guests, including the Prince’s parents, the King and Queen, as well as an entourage of officials.

Prince Mustapha wore a wedding suit, while his parents wore traditional Nigerian dress – in what the bride’s mother described as a “very traditional Irish wedding”.

A teacher from the North married the Crown Prince of Lagos in Co Armagh earlier today.

The bride first met the Prince while teaching in a language school in Lagos, owned by the King.

The couple are heading to St. Tropez and Monaco for their honeymoon.
