Piddy turned down American Idol job over ex Jennifer Lopez

Serial ladies' man Sean Combs has been spotted with a mystery blonde.

The 43-year-model mogul was seen with the woman on Tuesday as they rushed into a Los Angeles building looking as if they had an important meeting.

Meanwhile, US Weekly is reporting that Diddy turned down a chance to become the third judge on the new season of American Idol after Jennifer Lopez signed-on for the second spot.

According to the source, the mogul passed on the opportunity because of his romantic history with J-lo and also because he used to be attached to her current manager Benny Medina.

Sources claim the Dirty Money rapper felt it was a 'her or me' situation with regard to him appearing on American Idol although a rep for him claimed this was 'not true'

Combs dashed into the Los Angeles building on Tuesday in a hurry followed by his blonde galpal.

Wearing an all blue outfit he moved quickly behind the blonde who wore a white blazer with black pants and top matched with pink heels and an over-sized white leather bag too.

The rapper has five children with three different women.

He has a daughter Chance, 7, by former lover Sarah Chapman plus a son Christian, 15, and twin daughters D'Lila Star and Jessie James, six. He is also the step-father to Quincy, 22, Porter's other son.

And he also has a son, Justin, 20, by stylist Misa Hylton-Brim.

Earlier this week, his Bad Boy Entertainment company has just been hit with a lawsuit from former intern 26-year-old Rashida Salaam who is claiming that she was over-worked and paid nothing for her services.

Disgruntled intern Salaam launched her class action  lawsuit on Tuesday at Manhattan Federal Court accusing the mogul and his company of violating minimum wage laws.

'I’m not suing for any type of animosity,” the City College graduate revealed.

'I have no animosity against Bad Boy. But I was taken advantage of as far as wages go. I was naive.'

Salaam interned at Bad Boy's Manhattan office from January 2012 to May 2012, usually working three or four days a week, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. or later.

Diddy, the superstar rapper, actor and record producer who rose to prominence alongside Notorious B.I.G., did not manage Salaam personally and is not named in the lawsuit.

He is worth a reported $580 million.
