Justin Bieber 'pulled over for driving without license

He has allegedly been accused by his neighbours in Calabasas as 'wreaking havoc on their streets.'

And Justin Bieber's latest reported driving offense is sure to further anger residents.

The 19-year-old was pulled over in the early hours of Wednesday morning after he drove through a stop sign, and during the questioning, police discovered the singer wasn't licensed to drive in California, according to TMZ.

According to the website, police noticed Justin's white Ferrari go through a stop sign near his Calabasas home at around 4:30am.

But the pop star was then discovered to not have a valid California driver's license, which new residents are required to have within 10 days of moving to the state.

Justin - who bought his home in the upmarket neighbourhood at the end of June - was apparently cooperative during the stop.

Sources told the website Justin was cited for 'running the stop sign and for being unlicensed.'

He was allegedly ordered to climb out the driver's seat and his passenger drove him home.

Justin will need to obtain a California license before he is allowed back behind the wheel.

Meanwhile, the heartthrob's neighbours in his exclusive Los Angeles enclave are allegedly taking action against him.

According to TMZ, the Homeowners Association at the The Oaks in Calabasas, California has issued an edict against an unnamed celebrity 'who has been wreaking havoc on their streets.'

Last month Justin was confronted by former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson after he was spotted driving his Ferrari at a startling speed through the gated complex.
