There was drama at Pipeline Barnabas Estate in Nakuru County when a truck officer was roughed up by a woman who claimed that the man had not paid for the sexual services she had offered him.
The victim, Mr Kharim who transports petroleum was said to have picked woman whom he had been drinking with vin the nearby bar but refused to pay for the services prompting the woman to confront him the following morning.
The members of the public were attracted to the commotion and reshed to witness the early morning drama.The woman demanded her dues in a loud voice but the embarrassed man appeared dodgy.
The man attempted to hush the woman to no avail.The two finally decided to go and settle their debts away from the prying public.
According to the residents prostitution has become a booming business in pipeline area since long distance drivers spend weeks in lodgings within the area while they await to load petroleum from the depot.
Aresidence in the area Mrs Lucy Njoki told members of the press that such incidences are so common in the area and has led to insecurity due to too many idlers.
Residence are now appealing to the police and area chief to intervene and get rid of the area idlers and curb crime.
