Mariah Carey poses with her arm in a sling after dislocating her shoulder and cracking a rib.

The singer was admitted to hospital after injuring herself during a video shoot for a remix of her hit Beautiful.
She kept fans up to date with her progress by tweeting this picture from her hospital bed.

Writing with her left hand, she said: "Dislocated my shoulder on the remix video with Jeezy, sporting a very fashionable sling for the next couple of weeks!"
