Gossip: Former Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton shows off her dancer's body

During her time as a Pussycat Doll, Melody Thornton was no stranger to wearing revealing outfits.

And so it's no wonder Melody Thornton would feel perfectly comfortable in a skimpy bikini.

The 28-year-old showed off her toned body in a flimsy two-piece as she soaked up the sun in Miami Beach, Florida on Wednesday.

Melody - who has launched a solo singing career - was clearly excited to be at the beach after tweeting a number of pictures of herself in her bikini.

In the one she is seen with her arms jubilantly in the air as she wears gold reflective sunglasses.

In another, she put two photos of herself side-by-side posing with her hand on her hip, clearly proud of her toned figure.
