Gunmen Kill 5 In Enugu

Five persons have been reportedly killed by some unknown gunmen when they attacked the office of Ogwuagor Community Joint neighbourhood association in Enugu East local government area of Enugu State.


The incident, which occurred on Wednesday evening, LEADERSHIP gathered, claimed the lives of a member of the vigilante group, Sunday Eze, two women and two other men yet to be identified.

The police in the state have, however, confirmed the death of two persons namely Sunday Eze and Nebechi Mba, whose corpses have been deposited at the National Orthopaedic Hospital’s mortuary in Enugu.
